In saying that, we have customers who have never had a faulty Compatible cartridge and we have had others that have had several. Expect a problem at some stage with a Compatible cartridge. But we like to be honest and upfront right from the start. In the event of a problem the savings on a Non Genuine can far out-weigh the costs of a Genuine cartridge.Ĭompatible cartridges are manufactured to perform and print just as good as a Genuine cartridge. If the machine is not that important or you have another printer that you can use in the event of any trouble then Non Genuine are worth a try. If you only have one printer in the office and it is critical that it works all of the time then maybe you should consider sticking with Genuine cartridges. The question you need to ask yourself first is - If this cartridge does not work in my machine can I afford the downtime? It can take a day or so to arrange a replacement.
